About Us
Since 2013, Fusion Events has led in providing both field and box lacrosse events. We set the standard with our foundations. We focus on creating evenly matched divisions, hiring top referee crews, maximizing gameplay, and hosting events at memorable venues. Founded by coaches and leaders with deep roots in the game, Fusion Events was built on the belief that tournaments should be meaningful, well-run, and memorable for everyone involved. Our team brings decades of combined experience as athletes, coaches, and event operators, allowing us to create a standard of professionalism and communication that programs, families, and college coaches trust.

Our Team Placement Philosophy
WE STRIVE TO MATCH TEAMS WITH SIMILAR SKILL AND COMPETITIVE LEVELS TO CREATE BALANCED, MEANINGFUL GAMES. OUR GOAL IS TO PROMOTE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT AND A POSITIVE TOURNAMENT EXPERIENCE THROUGH FAIR, CONSISTENT MATCHUPS.
Ranking Systems
We use the US Club Lax rankings to target our field lacrosse teams to ensure that the teams are similar in skill sets to have a consistent level of competition.
Field Event Format
We format all of our field events in quarters to ensure the coaches have ample time to communicate with their teams, so no timeouts need to be called unless it's a game-play timeout.
Box Lacrosse Format
We format our tournaments into 3 periods with timeouts, allowing coaches to teach in-game. We fly in professional box referees to ensure safe and fair play. All age-groups are divided into 'A' and 'AA' levels to keep games competitive.
USBOXLA
ALL of our box tournaments are the ONLY USBOXLA sanctioned events in the mid-atlantic. Giving us accsess to the USBOXLA National event, College Box League, and other Primere events.
