Best in Box is a USBOXLA-sanctioned box lacrosse tournament that has been hosted in regions like Pennsylvania. It features multiple divisions by grade and skill level (A, AA, JV, and High School Elite), all played under official USBOXLA rules with certified referees.

The event is designed to showcase top competition giving teams and players the chance to compete in a high-level, authentic box lacrosse environment. The name “Best in Box” highlights its focus on bringing together some of the strongest talent in the sport.

Northeast Regional

The USBOXLA Northeast Regional Championship is one of five regional qualifiers for the USBOXLA National Championship, bringing together top box lacrosse teams from across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Played under official USBOXLA rules with certified referees, the event features multiple boys’ and girls’ divisions by grade level with both “A” and “AA” brackets. In recent years it has been hosted at venues like XL Sports World in Hatfield, PA, and 422 Sportsplex in Pottstown, PA. Teams competing at the “AA” level must qualify here to earn a spot at Nationals, making it a premier event for high-level competition in the region.

Founders Cup

The USBOXLA Founders Cup is a popular winter box lacrosse tournament run by Fusion Lacrosse and sanctioned by USBOXLA. Hosted in Pennsylvania, it features divisions from youth through High School Elite, all played under official USBOXLA rules with certified referees to ensure authentic Canadian-style box play. The event consistently sells out, drawing top programs from the region, and serves as both a high-level competition and a key tune-up for teams preparing for larger USBOXLA championships, including Nationals.
